§ 10.701. Establishing of administrative official.

Except where herein otherwise stated, the provisions of this Ordinance shall be administered by the building official or such other official or officials as may be designated by the city council. The building official shall have the power to:
(1)

Issue certificates of occupancy.

(2)

Make inspections of buildings and premises necessary to carry out the duties of administration and enforcement of this Ordinance.

(3)

Perform such other further functions necessary and proper to enforce and administer the provisions of this Ordinance.
