Chapter 14. RECYCLING AND WASTE DISPOSAL

§ 14-2. Enforcement of chapter.

(a)

Authorized employees and representatives of the police department, the community development department, the fire department and the county health department are hereby authorized to issue citations or warrants to any person violating the provisions of this chapter.

(b)

The director of the department of public services or his designee shall have the authority to promulgate rules and regulations concerning the implementation of this chapter and the design and availability of recycling and/or compostable containers.
