§ 7-68. Prohibition of solicitation where "no solicitation" has been requested.
Latest version.
No solicitor shall enter upon private, residential, business or commercial property
and/or call upon a place of a private residence, business or commercial property within
the city after having been expressly notified by the occupant or their representative,
either verbally, in writing and/or by sign posted in a conspicuous place on the premises,
that no solicitation is desired.
